Product
One desk for the whole move.
From the first call to the last invoice, the office and the truck work on the same records.
Quotes
A price while the customer is still on the phone.
- Type the move in shorthand or plain words. The estimator prices hours, rate and season as a low-to-high range, and lists what it assumed.
- Rates come from your filed rate bands. Long-distance moves are priced by weight and miles.
- Email the estimate with a View and accept link, or send a walkthrough: six short steps on the customer's phone, a photo or video of each room, and the items that are moving.

The board
The whole day on one screen.
- Crews down the side, hours across, each job a card.
- Crew the day lists each job that still needs people and who is free at its hours. Suggest proposes a crew.
- See a day, 4 days, a week, a month, 3 months or a year. When a truck breaks down, each of its jobs gets options ranked by what the schedule can take, and nothing goes to customers until the plan is confirmed.

Crew phone
The crew's day, on their own phone.
- Each mover sees only the jobs they're on and taps them from En Route through to Finished. Arrived starts the job's clock.
- Signatures for the contract, condition exceptions and the truck walk-around. Photos, the inventory tally, and materials and charges added at the door.
- Payments taken at the door are recorded against the job. Breaks, injury reports, requests for days off and the day's cash sign-off are there too.

Sales
Take the call, price it, follow up on time.
- New opportunity is made for the phone: the line at the top, the form under it, a live price card. A number you already have fills in the caller's name and email.
- The pipeline is columns. Drag a card to Booked and the assignment rules run; drag it to Lost and it asks why.
- Each night a lead untouched for two days in Estimated gets a call task, and an unbooked one whose move date has passed is marked Lost.

Storage
Storage that bills itself on the 1st.
- Accounts, vaults and occupancy, with each vault in its place on the warehouse floor plan.
- Invoices go out on the 1st of the month, prorated, with handling and fees from your rate card.
- Lien steps run in order: default, first notice, second notice, final notice, sale or disposal. Goods can't be released while a lien is open.

Billing
Invoices from the job, and what the job left you.
- Numbered invoices built from the job's own charges, tip, payments, tax and balance. Every send is logged.
- Profitability on every job: the bill less crew, fuel, tolls, materials and its share of overhead.
- Payments are recorded against the job, and its invoice's balance follows. Taking cards online is not yet available.

Also in the desk.
- Fleet
- Each truck's status today, miles to its next service, and its breakdowns this year.
- Crew
- The roster, who is available, and how each person is doing.
- Payroll
- One pay period at a time, with Massachusetts pay rules: the exceptions, approve, close.
- Reports
- A catalog of reports, each with a link of its own.
- Changes
- Every edit is logged with who made it and what was there before. An edit can be undone from the log, and an undo can be redone.
